Mr. Psetas began practicing law in the State of Florida in 1979. Throughout the early years, his practice was multi-faceted. In 1993, his practice areas were pared down to personal injures and social security disability. Since 1993, Mr. Psetas and/or his firm has successfully represented thousands of personal injury and social security disability clients. He founded The Firm in 2007. He subscribes to the proposition that The Firm is not in business to practice law, but rather, in business to help clients by practicing law.
Mr. Psetas is a member of The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the American Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law before the courts of the State of Florida as well as the State of Colorado. In addition, he is admitted to practice before The United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida as well as the Supreme Court of the United States.
Mr. Psetas has resided in Port Richey, Florida, since 1979. He is a founding member of St. George’s Greek Orthodox Church in New Port Richey. He and his wife, Diana, have two children.
